Time Attendance

Payroll Management System comes with a built in time attendance system, which is supported by a swipe card. This system is much suitable for a manufacturing environment. Employee groups / shifts, scheduling shifts, automatic attendance allowance, automatic OT and no pay calculations are included with this module.

Reports

System will generate pay slips, signature listing, EPF and ETF returns, TAX returns, payroll and bank letters as monthly reports. Monthly, half year and annual reports are also included in the system. A separate custom report builder is also added to the system which could be used to build custom reports.

Backup and Restore

This system has an auto backup feature. An authorized user can define how often they want to backup the system and the device they need to backup. (default backup will be once a day)

Security

TPMS uses an advanced security / encryption system “MD5 Authentication”. Apart from user name and password security, the system provides form wise security for each and every operation (i.e. View, Add, Edit, and Delete). The user who has administrative rights can create, edit or delete users and grant or deny access to other users.
